Before watching this, I thought about going to my local Wendy’s to have a grilled chicken salad. Like I was in the car, about to take off, and this little voice inside of me told me no. So, I stayed and drank a small cup of water while watching the documentary. Well, my plans of going to Wendy’s for a salad indeed has been canceled. Nope. I don’t think I even want to go there anymore.

I am eating a vegetarian meal today. Since I am on a health streak, I am trying to eat healthier, and that means to find out some unsavory things about food.

Honestly, when you watch a documentary like this, be prepared to see some gruesome things that the food industry might conceal.

It also makes sense for significant weight gain to occur for the public, obesity being its highest in the United States, and it also makes sense why some of the foods taste amazing.

Hungry and curious, I powered on. I decided to go ahead and watch the documentary.
